InCred Capital has launched InCred Black, a specialised wealth management proposition for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), entrepreneurs and business families. The initiative is aimed at strengthening the company’s presence in India’s expanding private wealth management market.
Alok Agrawal, Harmeet Sahney and Zarksis Gotla have joined InCred Black as Co-Founders. The three executives previously spent approximately 15 years building Avendus Wealth Management and bring more than 80 years of combined experience across the financial services industry.
Their professional backgrounds include experience with institutions such as Kotak, Barclays and Credit Suisse.
InCred Black will provide customised solutions across a range of wealth management needs, including:
The platform will draw on the broader investment, advisory and institutional capabilities of InCred Capital and the InCred Group.
The launch follows the growth of InCred’s wealth management franchise, which has crossed ₹1 lakh crore in assets under management (AUM). This provides InCred Black with an established platform and access to an existing UHNI client base.
The company also plans to expand its team by adding senior bankers and specialist professionals as the platform grows.
India’s UHNI segment is increasingly seeking wealth management solutions that extend beyond traditional investment advisory. Demand is growing for specialised access to private markets, alternative investments, credit, liquidity solutions and global investment opportunities.
Through InCred Black, InCred Capital aims to capture a larger share of this market by combining specialised UHNI advisory, experienced leadership and access to the wider InCred platform.
Bottom Line: InCred Black represents a significant step in InCred Capital’s strategy to build a deeper, institutional-grade wealth management platform for India’s high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs and business leaders.
