OYO projects an EBITDA of ₹1,550 crore for FY25

OYO, the hospitality giant, is projected to achieve an EBITDA of ₹1,550 crore in the current fiscal year (FY25), according to founder Ritesh Agarwal. This anticipated growth is largely attributed to OYO's recent acquisition of G6 Hospitality, a prominent U.S.-based hospitality company.

The strategic acquisition of G6 Hospitality is expected to significantly bolster OYO's financial performance, positioning the company for substantial growth in FY25. This move aligns with OYO's ongoing efforts to expand its global footprint and enhance its service offerings.

In the previous fiscal year (FY24), OYO reported a net profit of ₹229.5 crore, marking a significant turnaround from a net loss of ₹1,286.5 crore in FY23. This improvement was achieved through effective cost management strategies, including reductions in employee-related expenses.
