Wakefit Dreams Big: Mattress Maven Gears Up for ₹500 Cr IPO!

Wakefit, the online sleep and home solutions brand (famous for comfy mattresses!), is planning to go public.

They’ve picked Axis Capital, IIFL Capital Services, and Nomura as their IPO bankers.
The goal? Raise around ₹500 crore through fresh equity shares.
Backed by Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia India), Wakefit was last valued at ₹2,800 crore during its ₹200 crore Series D round in 2021.
Started in 2016 by Ankit Garg and Chaitanya Ramalingegowda, the brand has grown beyond mattresses to offer a full range of home solutions.
Wakefit now also runs 12 physical stores across India.

Looks like Wakefit is ready to go from bedtime to big time!
