Avendus Future Leaders Fund (FLF) III has invested ₹140 crore in Parag Parikh Financial Advisory Services (PPFAS) through a secondary transaction, acquiring promoter-held shares from Neil Parag Parikh, Chairman and CEO, and Khushboo Joshi, President – Wealth Management.
Established in 1992, PPFAS operates across mutual funds, wealth management, GIFT City funds, private equity, and the National Pension System (NPS). Its flagship Parag Parikh Flexi Cap Fund managed assets worth ₹1.43 lakh crore as of June 2026.
According to Avendus, PPFAS has delivered strong business growth, with its assets under management (AUM) expanding at a CAGR of approximately 70% over the past five years. The investment is in line with the fund's strategy of backing established, high-quality businesses with long-term growth potential.
Following the transaction, Avendus Future Leaders Fund III is expected to achieve its final close of around ₹1,800 crore by the end of July. The fund is currently 30% deployed and intends to make five to six additional investments over the next 12 months.
Avendus Future Leaders Fund manages over ₹4,000 crore across its funds, focusing on investments in late-stage companies across sectors.
