
Partnership Agreement: Greenzo Energy India Limited and Lord’s Mark Industries Limited have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly develop renewable energy projects in Uttar Pradesh.
Green Hydrogen Capacity: The collaboration focuses on building about 60 MW of green hydrogen production capacity across the state.
Additional Renewable Components: Besides hydrogen, the project includes integrated solar rooftop installations with battery energy storage systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Locations: Planned developments span key urban and industrial areas including Gorakhpur, Aligarh, Jhansi, and Lucknow.
Investment Linkage: This MoU builds on an earlier renewable energy agreement between Lord’s Mark and the Government of Uttar Pradesh with an estimated investment of over ₹2,000 crore.
Strategic Goals: The collaboration aims to accelerate green hydrogen infrastructure, support Uttar Pradesh’s renewable energy objectives, and contribute to industrial decarbonisation and clean energy transition in India.
Duration and Framework: The MoU is valid for five years, providing a framework for joint participation in future green hydrogen and renewable projects across the state.
