The National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) reached a key milestone when its NSE Emerge platform crossed 700 SME company listings on 24 December 2025.
A total of 700 companies from multiple industry sectors are now listed on NSE Emerge.
Collectively, these listed SMEs have raised more than ₹21,252 crore through their public offerings.
The aggregate market capitalisation of all companies on the platform is approximately ₹2,22,338 crore.
NSE’s Chief Business Development Officer, Sriram Krishnan, noted that both the 600th and 700th listings occurred in the same calendar year, indicating strong momentum and resilience in the SME IPO segment.
He attributed this growth to regulatory changes made by SEBI in March 2025, stringent evaluation standards, and a sustained focus on corporate governance, which have helped advance the maturity of the SME IPO market.
