The first MoU, in collaboration with the state's forest department, commits ₹12 crore over three years to enhance the Khijadiya Bird Sanctuary in Jamnagar. This initiative aims to improve wetland conditions, boost biodiversity, involve local communities in management, and promote eco-tourism and infrastructure development. Khijadiya, recognized as a Ramsar site, hosts 321 bird species and various other flora and fauna. The second MoU, with the education department's Vidya Samiksha Kendra, seeks to enhance reading activities in 1,300 government schools and Anganwadis across Jamnagar and Devbhoomi Dwarka districts.
