Ritesh Agarwal-led PRISM has expanded its presence in the global hospitality sector, with its hospitality-focused platform Sunday PropTech acquiring a significant stake in European lifestyle hospitality group Sircle Collection.
The strategic investment brings together Sircle Collection’s hospitality brands and management expertise with Sunday PropTech’s technology, infrastructure and global distribution capabilities. The partnership is aimed at accelerating Sircle’s international expansion through new hotel management agreements across existing and new markets.
Founded in 2011 by entrepreneur Liran Wizman, Sircle Collection has built a portfolio of 16 hotels across 11 cities and eight countries, alongside restaurants, bars and community spaces. The group operates lifestyle-focused hospitality brands including Sir Hotels, Max Brown and The Cover private members’ club.
Rather than focusing solely on traditional hotel accommodation, Sircle positions its properties as lifestyle destinations combining hospitality, design, food, culture and community.
The investment is expected to help Sircle transition into a broader hotel management platform, with the company looking to sign additional management agreements with hotel owners and investors.
Sunday PropTech will bring its capabilities in:
This could allow Sircle to expand its existing brands into additional cities without relying entirely on owning the underlying hotel real estate.
For Ritesh Agarwal and PRISM, the transaction represents another step towards building a broader global hospitality ecosystem beyond the traditional OYO model.
Sircle brings an established portfolio of design-led European hotels and lifestyle brands, while Sunday PropTech brings investment, technology and operating capabilities. The combination could provide PRISM with greater exposure to the premium and lifestyle hospitality segment in Europe and other international markets.
The transaction also highlights a growing industry trend toward asset-light hotel expansion, where hotel operators can scale through management agreements and brand partnerships rather than investing heavily in owning every property.
The investment comes as Sircle continues to receive international recognition. In 2026, Sir Prague was named among the World’s Most Beautiful Hotels by UNESCO Prix Versailles, one of only 16 hotels selected globally. Sircle’s properties and brands have also received coverage from publications including Condé Nast Traveller, The Telegraph, GQ and Architectural Digest.
PRISM’s investment in Sircle Collection is strategically significant because it combines an established European lifestyle-hotel platform with Ritesh Agarwal’s technology, distribution and hospitality infrastructure.
The immediate objective is not simply to acquire hotel assets, but to scale Sircle’s brands and hotel management platform internationally through new owner partnerships and management contracts.
For PRISM, the transaction provides an entry point into a differentiated segment of global hospitality, while for Sircle, the partnership provides additional capital and infrastructure to accelerate its expansion into new markets.
